Music Director Harry Heightman As Jubilate’s founding musical director, Harry Heightman has influenced the artistic path of the group from its’ very beginning . He holds a bachelors degree in Music Education from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia where he studied theory, composition and conducting. During the past thirty-plus years he has directed literally dozens of public school, church, and community ensembles in New York, in California and, for the last 26 years, in Utah.
